Has time spent in the gym doing weights furthered the imbalance between my fingers and my upper body? We all know tendons take much longer to strengthen and heal yet almost every injury phase I find myself keeping myself in shape in some form of gym. I do love climbing, bit I seem incapable of being content without something to throw my energy into 100%, (un)fortunately that has never been work.

i have spent many happy periods destroying myself in the gym in the afternoon and then drinking all night. summer is a blessing for this, greasy holds in the day and seminaked girls in the night call for iron and alcohol.

The gym to get into amazing shape whilst the weather dips sounds like a plan, maybe mixed with a bit of easy trad volume?

It comes from the Italian user 'Nibile' from UKB. Its a phrase he coined after success on something very important to him I believe.
